Furnaces Ovens & Autoclaves
Our metrology truck is stocked with thermocouples, meters, and cables — all the specialized pyrometric apparatus — and the Nadcap-trained personnel to go along with it. Years of troubleshooting experience in a variety of real-life situations gives us the knowledge to solve the most challenging and sensitive heat treat problems.
Control Panel Design & Production
The best components combined with the labor of our skilled, UL-listed panel shop technicians equals a panel that is built for safety and reliability — both inside and out. The oversight of a licensed Master Electrician further minimizes downtime and added expense later.
Yaskawa Authorized Service Provider
ACES is the only Authorized Service Provider in Kansas for Yaskawa America, Inc. We are specially trained in the programming and installation of Yaskawa drives, as well as providing warranty service, troubleshooting and full on-site repair.
Metrology Services
For over 20 years American Control and Engineering Service Inc. (ACES) has provided metrology testing.
Steam Generators
ACES’ FlexSteam Control System automates the entire process for steam generators in the enhanced oil recovery (EOR) industry, whether they are new or legacy, outputting 1,000 or 100,000 pounds of steam per hour.
